A 60-day programme

You can feel your attention going. This measures it.

Rot Rehab runs a real reaction-time test, a real inhibition test and a real reading test — then plots what actually changed over sixty days. Your score is always measured against your own starting point; an anonymous, opt-out percentile is the only place anyone else appears.

YOUR CURVE — WEEK 8

CALIBRATIONmissed

A sample shape, not a promise: the first two weeks are your starting point and are marked as such, and a missed week stays a gap — never interpolated.

WHY ROT REHAB

Measured, not felt.

A score you cannot flatter

A weekly benchmark — sustained attention, inhibition, reading — scored against your own week-zero baseline. Streaks and levels reward showing up; the score itself moves only when the measurement does.

Eight minutes a day

One daily session: a reaction-time exercise, then reading — because holding a text is the skill the whole programme exists to rebuild. A streak with grace days holds it together.

Honest by construction

Calibration weeks are named and never celebrated. A missed week is a visible gap. One benchmark attempt per week — a measurement you could retry would be a high score, not a measurement.

THE BRAIN

A readout, not a mood.

The mascot reflects your measurements — score movement, days absent, minutes trained — and nothing else. Opening the app doesn't cheer it up. Recovering does.

HOW IT WORKS

Sixty days, three instruments, one curve.

  1. A sixty-second screening

A real reaction-time run, first thing. It compares you to yourself — your steadiest quarter against your most scattered — because no honest population norm exists for a test this short.

  2. The baseline

The full measurement, once: about ten minutes, uninterrupted. Every later week is compared to this point — which is why it can't be skipped, rushed or retried.

  3. Then the programme

Eight minutes a day, a benchmark each week, and the curve builds — including the weeks where nothing happened, shown as exactly that.

The programme is free.

Sessions, benchmarks, the Attention Score, the streak and the curve — all free, no account required. A subscription adds the per-benchmark breakdown, the sub-score detail and history beyond eight weeks.

The app runs a screening, not a diagnosis. Every figure it shows is measured on your own device; the one population comparison is an anonymous percentile drawn from a pool no one can be identified in.
